Once you receive acceptance email from LSUE, bring the course request to your counselor at MHS to complete. Student, parent and counselor must sign. Upload form and return to Mrs. A. Fontenot at mailto: afonten1@lsue.edu
Be sure to set up your LSUE email and complete Online Orientation (Instructions are in email from LSUE.)
